By accessing or using the services of M1Strategic, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Service Description

M1Strategic is an independent brokerage advisory and consultancy service. Our role is limited to assisting clients in evaluating brokerage, clearing, execution, technology, and trading infrastructure providers. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, legal advice, tax advice, or any other regulated financial services.

No Client Assets or Trading Authority

M1Strategic does not accept client funds, custody assets, execute transactions, manage accounts, provide trading recommendations, or exercise discretionary authority over client accounts. All brokerage relationships are established directly between clients and their chosen service providers.

Independent Decision Making

Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making their own decisions regarding brokers, platforms, service providers, trading activities, and investments. Any information provided by M1Strategic is general in nature and should not be considered financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Limitation of Liability

M1Strategic accepts no responsibility or liability for any trading losses, investment losses, business losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses arising from the use of our services, information, introductions, referrals, or any relationship established with a third party service provider. Clients assume full responsibility for their own decisions and activities.

Confidentiality

Information submitted to M1Strategic is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating brokerage and infrastructure requirements. We do not sell client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to facilitate a client requested introduction or service, with the client's consent.

Third Party Providers

M1Strategic does not control and is not responsible for the products, services, actions, performance, solvency, regulatory status, or conduct of any broker, exchange, liquidity provider, technology vendor, or other third party service provider. Clients must independently evaluate the suitability of any provider prior to entering into a relationship.
